Sachin Save
Director - Technical - HVAC System Performance & Energy Efficiency
With over 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Mr. Sachin Save is known for his deep technical expertise, innovative approach, and commitment to quality execution. His journey began in 1990 as an authorised dealer for Carrier, followed by a long-standing partnership with Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd. since 2006.
As the Technical Director of Ventus, he leads the design and execution of HVAC systems—from split units to VRV systems, chillers, and clean room solutions—across residential, commercial, hospitality, hospital, and industrial projects in India.
Under his leadership, Ventus has delivered millions of square feet of HVAC installations, becoming a trusted Daikin channel partner. Now expanding internationally, he also oversees technical operations for Ventus Comfort Airconditioning LLC in Dubai and Africa.
Mr. Save’s passion for precision, system performance, and client satisfaction continues to drive the company’s success across every project.
Saif Shaikh
Director - Business Development, Strategy, Operations & Sourcing
With over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Mr. Saif has held key leadership positions at global Japanese brands like Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic India, and Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd., where he led initiatives in channel expansion, institutional projects, and regional market growth.
In 2019, he joined Ventus Airconditioning Pvt. Ltd. as a Partner. His collaboration with Mr. Sachin Save has formed a powerful techno-commercial leadership at Ventus—merging deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen.
Together, they have driven the company’s rapid growth across India and international markets, including the successful launch of Ventus Comfort Airconditioning LLC in Dubai, UAE. Under their leadership, Ventus has scaled its capabilities and executed landmark projects in hospitality, healthcare, data centers, luxury homes, and commercial segments.
At Ventus, Mr. Saif spearheads business development, strategy, operations, and sourcing—delivering HVAC solutions that are performance-driven, commercially sound, and tailored for long-term value.
